Earnest Harvest began with a simple frustration: spices that travel through a dozen hands lose both their character and their paper trail. So we buy at the source, from certified organic farms and processors in India, and we keep the chain short enough to prove every step.
Our spices are cleaned, steam sterilized, ground where ground spices belong, and sealed into retail packs in India, under our own label. Nothing is repacked, blended, or relabeled in the United States. What leaves the farm region is what reaches your shelf.
Every shipment travels with its organic import certificate and a full set of lot records, and every lot is checked on arrival against the certificate it traveled with. If we cannot trace it, we do not sell it.
